SOMETHING I AM PASSIONATE ABOUT

The existance of women in this world is most significant to all of us. They are more than half of the worlds population, child bearers, peace keepers and intermediary to aspects of life.

This describes how much we need people of their kind. That also explains why i have so much love for mother. She is a role model to many, a mother to thousands if not only me. She brought me to earth to appretiate life, took me through thick and thin,she nurtured me from birth to present time, showed me right from wrong. Her parental guidance made me special, responsible, be appreciated and admired by many. My individuality reflect how she has produced one kind that cannot be duplicated, a unique package that has his own principles, values that will live with me to be a man of confidence. One whose autonomous, whose decisions give a clear image of a good future. Just like its expected of each individual.

It may not be quite a lot but the little i have mentioned tells how much I am passionate about my mother.

OSCAR

The cat Oscar senses death, which helps doctors and nurses to alert the family of the patient about to be deceased, to be around and see their loved one before they die. The special powers he possesses are more like premonitions or may be described as the sixth sense in humans. To other families its something they appretiate, others feel he has something to do with the death of their family member. Doctors at the hospital believe it is a good thing to have Oscar, so that they know when they are about to loose a patient. These deaths appear to be natural. Except the fact that Oscar has these special powers, one would say Oscar may be able to diagonse a patient's condition like doctors are trained to, since he has so many years around patients. He may be experieced like medical doctors.

A SIGNIFICANT PLACE IN MY COUNTRY BOTSWANA

CHOBE NATIONAL PARK

Chobe National Park, is the second largest national park in Botswana and covers ten thousand five hundred and sixty six square kilometres, it has one of the greatest concentrations of game found on the African continent. Its uniqueness in the abundance of wildlife and the true African nature of the region, offers a safari experiece of a lifetime.

The park is located in the northwestern region, next to Chobe river which connects to the biggest birdfoot delta in Africa, the Okavango Delta. Within the Park is the Chobe Savanna Lodge with its own atmosphere, rich and colourful African culture, still upholding its traditions, customs and architecture. The luxurious accommodation is comfortable and inviting, as well the food is excellent. In addition the diverse and interesting activities include private motor boats for water born game viewing, guided walking safaris along the river by professional guides and boat excursions to a nearby traditional village, where one can witness tribal African life.
